THE STEPPING STONE FILM FESTIVALAre films your thing? Then DO something about it.™ The Stepping Stone Film Festival aims to be a showcase for emerging independent filmmaking talent from around the world. A strong focus on recognizing and rewarding outstanding narratives and excellent production values in low/no-budget films will aim to encourage aspiring filmmakers to take up the craft. An India-centric section, 'India Calling', will focus on feature films and shorts of Indian origin and in Indian languages, in order to give a much-need shot in the arm to independent filmmaking in India. |

THE WORK EXCHANGEA place for members to advertise their requirements (and offers) for work. "I am a cameraman, do you have a film to make?" or "I have some free time next week, anyone making a film?" or "I am making a film next month and I need an actor" kind of listing. The idea is that members can find someone close by and willing to work for their project(s). Go ahead, give it a try. It will cost you only your time and who knows? You may find that person for the job (or just the right project) right here! |
