Straight away, may I request you to suggest some new Turkish music for my little collection - I have an album each from Sezen Aksu, Tarkan and Beyza Durmaz so far. Plus a few songs I downloaded from here and there. Perhaps you could add some of your own songs here, would love to listen to them!
Oh, and I have to tell you I loved the film Crossing the Bridge by Fatih Akin - it gave me a ringside view of popular Turkish music. I particularly liked a song by Orhan Gencebay.
